WORKSHOP DETAILS:
It will be a beginner birchbark basket making workshop. I was taught how to work with birchbark by Ojibway Elders in Northwestern Ontario where I grew up. I used to work with an Elder who made birchbark canoes and baskets when I worked for a place in Thunder Bay, called “Old Fort William”.
